Introduction

1. Eligibility

To register and use the 7acb platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. 7acb strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and may request age verification documents at any time.
  • You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity. The 7acb platform is not available for use by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities.
  • You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 7acb or any affiliated entity, nor may you register on behalf of any such person.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
  • You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request currently in force with 7acb. Attempting to re-register while under a self-exclusion period is a violation of these Terms.

7acb reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

2. Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account with 7acb. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 7acb will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
  • You must notify 7acb immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised.
  • Account balances are non-transferable. You may not transfer funds from your 7acb account to another player's account or to any third party.
  • 7acb reserves the right to close inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been placed for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to closure, 7acb will attempt to notify the account holder using the registered contact details on file.

Players are responsible for updating their account information promptly when changes occur — including changes to contact details, payment method information, or residential address. 7acb is not responsible for failed communications or delayed payments resulting from outdated account information.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7acb platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). 7acb supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

  • The minimum deposit amount at 7acb is ৳500. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day is subject to the limits published in the cashier section of the platform, which may be updated from time to time.
  • All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — where the name on the payment source does not match the registered name on the 7acb account — are not permitted and will be returned where possible.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification (KYC). 7acb reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued ID and a screenshot of the payment wallet associated with the account.
  • Withdrawals are processed within five business days from the date of the approved withdrawal request. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three to five business days depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule.
  • 7acb does not charge fees on deposits. A processing fee may apply to certain withdrawal methods as disclosed in the cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.

7acb reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to a player's account balance if it determines that the withdrawal request was made in error, in violation of these Terms, or as part of a suspected fraudulent or bonus abuse pattern.

Bangladesh Mobile Wallet Transactions

When depositing or withdrawing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, ensure that the mobile number registered to the wallet matches the contact number on your 7acb account. Mismatches may delay processing and will require additional verification. 7acb is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect wallet numbers entered by the player.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

7acb offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

  • All bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms and in the player's account dashboard after the bonus is credited.
  • Bonuses are valid for a limited period from the date of credit. The validity period for each bonus is specified in the promotion terms. Bonus amounts that have not been wagered by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
  • 7acb reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings generated from that bonus — if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, by exploiting a system error, or in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion's terms.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through any means — including creating multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
  • Bonuses are non-cashable unless specifically stated as cashable in the promotion terms. Non-cashable bonuses are used to generate real-money winnings but are removed from the withdrawal amount at the time of cash-out.

7acb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will be communicated via the promotions page and player account notifications where possible. Continued use of a bonus after a modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets available on the 7acb platform are operated in accordance with the rules published for each individual game or market. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a real-money bet. The following conditions apply across all game types on the platform:

  • All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology provided by the game supplier. 7acb does not control or influence game outcomes. Results are final once confirmed by the game engine.
  • In the event of a technical failure, system error, or communication disruption during an active game session, bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and the staked amounts returned to the player's account balance where technically possible. 7acb will not honour winnings generated as a result of an evident system malfunction or display error.
  • For sports betting markets, 7acb reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement deadline, or declared void by the relevant sports governing body.   • The use of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any feature of the 7acb platform is strictly prohibited. 7acb employs fraud detection systems that monitor for non-human betting patterns. Accounts identified as using such tools will be terminated immediately and all balances forfeited.

7acb's decisions regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, and the application of these Terms to specific gameplay situations are final and binding. Players who dispute a settlement outcome may contact [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. 7acb will review the dispute and communicate its decision, which shall be final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7acb platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or terminated, their pending withdrawals withheld, and may be subject to further action including the reporting of fraudulent activity to relevant authorities:

  • Providing false, incomplete, or misleading identity, age, or payment information during registration, KYC verification, or at any point during the use of the platform.
  • Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting another person in opening an account with the intent to circumvent platform rules, claim multiple bonuses, or conduct fraudulent betting activity.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or matched betting across multiple accounts.
  • Using any software, script, exploit, vulnerability, or technical method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform, including the use of artificial intelligence or automated betting tools.
  • Using the 7acb platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal activity. 7acb is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspected transactions to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

7acb reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it reasonably suspects constitutes prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the affected account may be suspended and access to funds temporarily withheld. If the investigation concludes that prohibited conduct has occurred, the account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited without recourse.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7acb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to suspension or termination, in addition to any breach of these Terms described elsewhere in this document:

  • A player requests voluntary self-exclusion via the responsible gaming settings in their account or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of receipt.
  • 7acb determines that a player has failed an age or identity verification check and is unable to provide adequate documentation to satisfy the KYC requirement within the timeframe given.
  • A chargeback or payment reversal is initiated by a player's payment provider in connection with a deposit made at 7acb. Accounts subject to an active chargeback will be suspended immediately pending resolution.
  • 7acb determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continuing to maintain the account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the platform or its other users.

Upon termination of an account for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, voluntary closure by the player), any verified balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

8. Responsible Gaming

7acb is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or escaping personal problems. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are available to all 7acb account holders:

  • Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase request is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before it becomes effective.

Temporary exclusions are available for periods of one week, one month, three months, or six months. Permanent self-exclusion closes the account indefinitely.   • Reality checks: Players will receive periodic in-session notifications showing how long they have been playing and the net result of their session (total wagered minus total won). These are designed to encourage informed decision-making about continued play.

10. Intellectual Property

The 7acb name, logo, and any associated brand marks are trademarks of 7acb. Unauthorised use of these marks — including use in connection with competing products, services, or for the purpose of misleading consumers — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7acb's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 7acb shall not be liable for the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings arising from or in connection with the player's use of, or inability to use, the 7acb platform.
  • Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or other technical issues outside of 7acb's reasonable control that affect the player's ability to access or use the platform.
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reputational harm, arising from the player's use of or reliance on the 7acb platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7acb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by 7acb's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

7acb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7acb will notify registered players via the email address or contact number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform homepage, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. For minor or administrative changes, 7acb may update the Terms without advance notice.

Continued use of the 7acb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the amendments take effect.

13. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, to the extent consistent with the laws applicable to online gaming operations. 7acb operates as a global online platform and does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform is lawful in their location.
